Monthly Booking Extension

To extend your stay, simply log in to your account on our website and navigate the dashboard. From there, you can select the extension option and choose the new dates that suit your plans.

*Please confirm your extension at least five (5) business days prior to your check-out date. Requests received after this deadline may incur a cleaning cancellation fee of JPY 10,000 or more.

*Please NOTE that reservation and extension are a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis.

 

Once we have confirmed that the extension request online has been made, we will send you a Notification of Change contract to complete the process.
