      Utility capacity

      Utility cost is included in monthly/weekly rent.

       

      Utility includes

      ・Water

      ・Electricity

      ・Gas

      ・internet

       

      Each apartments stipulate capacity of monthly utility and it would be extra charged if over used.

      *The bills for overused will be finalized within a up to 3 months.

       

      Basic capacity amounts

      Studio/1 Bedroom: 15,000JPY 

      2 Bedroom: 20,000JPY

      3 Bedroom: 25,000JPY

      *The exact capacity amount will be written on lease agreement.
