What includes house-keeping service?

Housekeeping service provides within 10AM to 18PM, on weekdays and providing days informed by the check-in instruction.

Whole cleaning process takes about 1 hour.

*Any time range request is unacceptable.




House-keeping includes:

• Floor cleaning (dust removal using a vacuum cleaner and stain removal by wiping)

• Collection of used linens and towels

• Bed making

• Wiping and cleaning of furniture and appliances

• Kitchen sink cleaning

• Washbasin cleaning (including both the front and back sides of the mirror)

• Bathroom cleaning (including drainage areas and water stains on mirrors and racks)

• Toilet cleaning

• Vacuum cleaner filter cleaning

• Replenishment of selected amenities

• Organizing flyers and leaflets inside the mailbox

・Selected amenities are;

-Toilet paper: 1 roll

-Cloth detergent: 2 bags

-Garbage bag: 10 bags

-Shampoo: 1 bottle

-Hair conditioner: 1 bottle

-Body soap: 1 bottle




Note: 

・Housekeeping service can be provided 1 time/week only.

・We cannot touch/move any of your belongs in order to prevent, please organize by yourselves as much as possible in advance. Otherwise cleaning service cannot provide properly. 

・Washing dishes are not included the service.

・We will dispose rubbish which is inside the rubbish bin only. *Please separate correctly.

・A container containing linen items will be delivered and placed in front of the apartment entrance door one day prior to the cleaning date.

・A key for cleaner access will be placed inside the mailbox one day prior to the cleaning date.

※ Please note that if the key is mistakenly taken out and the cleaner is unable to access the room, the booking will be treated as a cancellation due to customer circumstances. In such cases, we will be unable to provide a refund or arrange a re-cleaning service.

・The cleaning key and linen container will be collected at a later date.
