# Will I be getting the exact apartment as per your listing?

MetroResidences takes pride in providing **honest and accurate** photos and description of all our corporate serviced apartments that we manage.

Your booking is also protected by our 24-hour money back guarantee should you, in an unlikely event, move into an apartment that of drastically different quality as depicted online. Any prior payment made will be refunded.  

As we may have multiple units in the same building, there may be minor variation in the layout due to the building configuration. However, the general size, quality of furniture, fixtures and finishing, common amenities and address would be similar.

You can use the Virtual Tour function to do a virtual viewing of the apartment to get a good sense of the layout and space if you are unable to make physical sales viewing prior confirmation of booking.
