What should I do if something is missing or not as expected when I check-in?

Contact our Front desk team if you notice some apartment features or appliances are missing or different as represented in the apartment listing. The team will review the case, and respond within 2 business days.

 

If small items such as utensils and linen are missing, we will strive to replace them as soon as possible. For items that require a longer duration to replace, our team will update you accordingly on the estimated time required to execute the replacement.
