What is the deposit policy?

A one month security deposit will be collected for all rental contracts. If rental is paid in full for the entire duration of booking, the security deposit will be set at a half month rental.

Assuming that there are no damages and defects identified during the check-out inspection, guests will have their deposit refunded within 1 month after the check-out date.
