What is our 24-hours no risk guarantee?

Guests are permitted to cancel their booking within 24 hours of check-in if they meet any of the following reasons:

1. The website photos show a different unit.
2. The website inaccurately describes the home and its surroundings.

To request a cancellation, please send an email and provide supporting photos. This clause does not apply if the guest has already seen the unit before confirming their booking.
