What are the cancellation policies?

Before Check-in Date

In the case of cancellation of booking prior to check-in date, pre-payment made for the first-month rental and/or deposit will be forfeited.

After Check-in Date

Guests will continue to be charged rental until MetroResidences finds a replacement tenant to take over the remaining lease period.  If a replacement tenant cannot be found, the guest incurs the liability of paying rental up till the check-out date.
