How do I report a maintenance issue?
Step 1: Log on to MetroConnect App > Housekeeping & Maintenance tab
Step 2: Take a photo and elaborate on the issue
Step 3: Await for a response from our Maintenance Team within 2 business days.
For urgent maintenance issues, we will aim to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
