＜Deposit amount＞
Monthly contract： same amount of original monthly rent
Weekly contract： 25,000JPY
*some apartment has special conditions.
We will refund full amount of deposit within 30 days from check-out date unless there is no dirt or issue at the apartment.
Refund process would the same method that tenant made for payment.
＜Note＞
・For deposit refunds that is an overseas remittance, the tenant will be charged a finance fee of 4000JPY.
・We might to take over 30 days to culucurate total amount of restoration cost depends on the apartment status.
