②The booking will be confirmed once your payment and your signature have been done.
--For cancellation of bookings prior to the move-in date, 1 month of rent fee made forfeited.
③Our front desk will send you check-in information by email 10 days prior to the move-in date.
④It is a self check-in. The code of the mail box for a key will be sent by email.
Check-In & Out:
Standard move-in time is after 3pm and move-out is before 11 am.
Additional fees may apply for early check-ins and late check-out.
⑤We will send your the invoice for your rent every month by email, please complete the payment by the due date. *If your contract is more than 1 month.
⑥It is a self check-out. Our front desk will send you check-in information by email before the move-out date.
⑦Deposit Return:
The Security Deposit less the cost of damages (if any) and excess electricity consumption will be returned to the Tenant within 30days after the move-out date.

・Check-out cleaning/house-keeping will be charged by the 1st payment
・Bank transfer or credit card are accepted
*Weekly-booking, payment for only credit card is accepted
・If credit card payment, additional 3% of tax will be charged
・All booking requests are first-come first-serve
・ Booking will be confirmed once payment and sign to lease agreement are done
・There will be examination in advance by the required documents for booking
・No pre-booking
