What is 24-hours no risk guarantee?
Guests may cancel their booking within 24 hours of check-in if they meet one or more of the following criteria:
- The website photos show a different unit.
- The website inaccurately describes the home and its surroundings.
This clause does not apply if the guest has previously viewed the unit before confirming their booking.
