      Move-in information

      The standard check-in time: 3PM

      The move-in instructions and key collection details will be emailed to you within 10days of move-in. Should you have any issues with move-in please contact customer success team +81 367784055.

       

      ODD HOUR MOVE-IN (6:30PM to 9:30AM): Unless arrangement can be made for key collection, move-in assistance between 10pm to 8am will be charged at ￥10,000 plus transportation fees.
