Monthly rental

The first month payment will be inclusive of a security deposit. It can be made through credit card or bank transfer when completing your booking.

For subsequent months, the rental fee will be deducted from your credit card on a monthly basis, 7 days before the start of the next monthly rental cycle.

For bank transfers, you are required to complete payment 7 days before the start of the next monthly rental cycle. A reminder will be sent to you when the payment is due.
