# Will I be getting the exact apartment as per your listing?

MetroResidences takes pride in providing **honest and accurate** photos and description of all our corporate serviced apartments under our management.

Our 24-hour money-back guarantee protects your booking in the unlikely event that the apartment you move into is drastically different in quality from what was depicted online. A refund will be issued for any payment made in advance.

There may be slight differences in the layout of units within the same building due to variations in building configuration. The size, furniture quality, fixtures and finishing, amenities, and location of the property are generally comparable.

You can use the Virtual Tour function to do a virtual viewing of the apartment to get a good sense of the layout and space if you are unable to make physical sales viewing prior confirmation of booking.
