How do I book?

1. Finding a place.

Simply use our booking widget on the homepage to filter for apartments with your preferred location, move-in and move-out dates, the number of bedrooms and MetroResidences’ apartment class.

 

You may edit your search filters later in the search results page and even use advanced filters to indicate your budget and required amenities.

 

Once you see an apartment you like, click on it to view more details and photos.

 

2. 2 Ways to book.

1. Instant booking.

Listings with an "Instant Book" label allows you to complete the reservation of the apartment immediately. 

Click “Book Now” on the listing and you’ll be redirected to the booking page to fill up your details. If you have already registered for a MetroResidences account, proceed to login in order for the system to retrieve your details. If you are a new user, a MetroResidences account will automatically be created for you after you have made your first booking.

 

2. Request to book. 

For listings that indicate “Apartment is subject to availability” and do not have an Instant booking icon, please make a booking request. After the request is made, we will check the availability of the apartment. You will receive a booking confirmation once we have confirmed its availability.
