What do I need in a corporate contract?

For corporate contracts, the required documents are as follows:

1. Certificate of full registry records  *For listed companies, website is acceptable

2. Guest's passport copy

3. Person in charge/Guest's business card copy

For second and subsequent reservations:

Only 2. will be submitted.
