Over 7months: 10% discount

If there will be 1st month promotion and long term discount exist, both discount would be applied.

*Original rent: 270,000JPY/month
Check-in: July 1st
Check-out: November 1st
1st month (promotion 10% off applied): 243,000JPY
From 2nd months (Long term discount 5% off applied): 256,500JPY/per month

・Long term discounts apply if clients make contract under the above conditions at once.
