# Apply for Long term booking discount

Long term booking discount will be applicable for over 4 months booking  

**\<Discount rates\>**

1-3 months: original rate

4-6 months: 5% discount

Over 7months:  10% discount

\*Some apartments are unable to eligible this discount

 

If there will be 1st month promotion and long term discount exist, both discount would be applied.

 

e.g.)

\*Original rent: 270,000JPY/month

Check-in: July 1st

Check-out: November 1st

1st month (promotion 10% off applied): 243,000JPY

From 2nd months (Long term discount 5% off applied): 256,500JPY/per month  

 

\<Notes\>

・Long term discounts apply if clients make contract under the above conditions at once.

\*the discount won't eligible if stay duration reaches to the conditions by extension.

・The difference by the original rent will be charged if clients have early termination.
