Confirmation of booking

Once the Sales department confirms the availability of your preferred apartment, you can request for an invoice to be issued to you. You will be given 2 days to make payment for the booking.

The first month rental and security deposit will have to be paid prior the check-in date. A confirmation email with check-in instructions will be sent to you once payment has been received.
