Household Insurances

Some Metro Residences properties are insured by the "Monthly Apartment Insurance Program of the Monthly Apartment Association".
The insurance does not cover "Guest's Household Goods" and damage to household goods caused by earthquakes, fire, water leaks from the upper floor, nor faulty water supply and drainage systems. Other damages caused by theft or carelessness are also not covered, therefore, you will need to purchase your own home insurance. Please note that Metro Residences will not intervene in such cases.
