How do I report a maintenance issue?

Step 1: Contact our Maintenance Team:

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Sat, Sun & PH: Closed

*For EMERGENCIES, please call 6513 0030, extension 88.

*For housekeeping and other issues, please contact Front Desk @ 9116 0288.

Step 2: Take a photo and elaborate on the issue at hand

Step 3: Await for a response from our Maintenance Team within 2 business days. 

*For urgent maintenance issues, we will aim to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Step 4: Our maintenance team will schedule a time to head to your unit and fix the issue.
