Generally, serviced apartments include weekly housekeeping services as part of the package. Higher-end properties may also offer amenities such as a gym or a pool.
On the other hand, monthly rental apartments typically do not include weekly housekeeping services. If needed, tenants can opt for cleaning services at an additional cost.
At MetroResidences, we offer optional weekly cleaning services (available for an additional fee) to cater to our guests’ needs.
- Yes, the full deposit will be refunded within 2 to 4 weeks after checkout, provided there is no damage, odor, or other issues in the room.
At MetroResidence, approximately 90% of our guests receive a full refund of their deposit.

A one-month rental fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
After Check-in:
Our 30-day notice policy applies. You will be charged for the first 30 days after providing notice, but no further fees will be incurred beyond that period.
