It is a multi-layered process of seeking out the legal status, occupation, and bio-data of each tenant-applicant and sharing that information with landlords; Tenants who are unwilling to complete the questionnaire are automatically omitted from the process.
On average 3 weeks; however, this can change from time to time depending on economic factors.
Yes, you can. It is recommended to work with us at least 2 months before the end of the current tenancy.
When your current tenancy is approaching the final 2 months of the current lease, inform the agent that you will not be requiring his/her service to seek out the next tenant. Sign up for our service on our website, and we will get the next tenant to start the lease 1-day after the existing tenant exits the property.
The commission will be prorated in accordance to the length of the lease not used.
MetroResidences spends a significant amount of resources seeking out the next tenant for your property. For its low-cost model to operate sustainably, a 30-day period is introduced.
The agreement will automatically switch to a non-exclusive agency agreement. This means you are welcome to engage a second agent if you feel this increases your ability to secure your next tenant.
As long as the current tenant extends the lease for a period greater than 6-months, the same $2,000 commission applies to the next lease.
