What is 24-hours no risk guarantee?

Within 24-hours upon check-in, the guest reserves the right to cancel his/her booking if it fulfills one or a combination of the following reasons:

  1. The website photos show a different unit.
  2. The website inaccurately describes the home and its surroundings.

All requests for cancellation must be submitted via email and substantiated by photos. This clause is not applicable if the guest has already viewed the unit prior booking confirmation.
