# How much will I be charged for my booking that is under a promotion?

The duration of stay varies from guest to guest. As such, the amount we charge will be different. This section helps you to calculate the cost of your booking, in the event that it is subjected to a discounted rate.

|  Promotional Duration   |  1 July to 31 August  |

|  Monthly Promotion Price  |   SGD 4000 |

 

|   **Original Pricing of Property (SGD)**   |  |
| --- | --- |
|   Monthly   |  5000   |
|   Weekly | 1400 |
|   Daily | 200 |

If the monthly pricing is reduced to SGD4000, there is a **25.00%** discount off on both the weekly and daily rate. As a result, the revised pricing is as shown:

  1) Daily booking (less 7 days)

     Example:

|   Daily Pricing (SGD) | 200 | 150 |
|   # of nights  | 4 |  |

  2) Weekly booking (7 days - 27 days)

    Example:

 3) Monthly booking

    * \*Please note that only first month of booking is discounted*

       \*\***Promo Price**:  $**4000** + \[15 (**5000** / 31)\] = **$6419 + deposit**
