Extra Pricing is a special rate that is usually provided for stays of at least 2 months, or more. Minimum stay duration requirement may vary.
Promotional Pricing and Extra Pricing are mutually exclusive, and cannot be applied together.
If both Promotional Pricing and Extra Pricing are present, the Extra Pricing will be activated once the booking meets the minimum stay duration requirement.
