# How many key provides upon check in?

One key is provided at check-in for all of our properties.

If you require additional keys, please request them in advance through the Add-on Services section when you booking.

If you wish to request an additional key after check-in, an additional fee of JPY 5,500 is required.

**<Important Notes>**

The maximum number of keys available varies by property.

Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate all additional key requests.
