How is housekeeping scheduled and what will be cleaned?

Regular housekeeping service will be scheduled weekly on weekday mornings/early afternoons and is pre-arranged prior to check-in. As you book a serviced apartment or apartment rental in Singapore with us, we'll check if your agreement with us covers the housekeeping service.

Since the schedule has been coordinated prior, we seek for guests to be understanding and compliant with the arranged schedule. Rescheduling might take place in the event of a public holiday and will be communicated prior. 

Cleaning consists of general cleaning of the apartment, as well as a change of fresh linens and towels. Cleaning does not include guests' personal laundry or unwashed dishes in the sink.
