# What is the monthly utilities cap?

The monthly utility cap covers both the amount of water and electricity usage and is inclusive in the monthly booking rate of the corporate serviced apartment. 

Studio/1 Bedroom: **HKD300**/month  
2 Bedrooms: **HKD400**/month  
3 Bedrooms: **HKD500**/month

If guests exceed the usage cap, the extra amount will be reflected in the final bill upon check-out. It is recommended for guests to conserve energy by switching off air conditioning and lightings when not in use.
