Smart contract
Everything from inquiries to check-out is completed online. You do not need to come to the office or send us the paper documents. You can complete the contract with just one smartphone. We can also give paper invoices or change the invoice's addresses if you wish.
Selected properties
Most of our properties that are relatively new and in good locations, and we are particular about the design.
We have the minimum necessary equipment such as furniture, home appliances, tableware, and towels in the room so that you can live immediately with just one suitcase.
Concierge service
After the contract, a professional concierge team will assist you. If you have any questions before or after check-in, or if you have any problems during your stay, please feel free to contact us even on Saturdays and Sundays.
Both Japanese and English are supported.
Community Event
Events are being held once a month for metro customers. In past events, we held social gatherings at BAR, skiing, snowboarding, sports and other activities.

1.Contact
Please contact us using the inquiry form, email, telephone, etc. for your desired conditions. (schedule, properties, pax, budget, area etc.)
2.Check availability
We will contact you after confirming the availability. Even If the property you want is not available, we will propose you to another room.
3.Submit application
We will send you the application form by e-mail, so please fill it out. Please don't forget to upload your ID (with photo).
4.Payment & Contract
After we receive the application form, we will send you the invoice and contract. Payment will be made by bank transfer or credit card (with 3% fee), sign the contract, and the reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed.
5.Receive the key
We will inform you how to get your room key after the reservation confirmed. As MetroResidences use a self-check-in method where you receive the key and check in by yourself.
6.Check-in
You can check-in after 3 p.m. in the day.
7. Check-out
Please check-out before 11:00a.m. We will tell you how to the room key back in advance.
8.Return your deposit
We will pay your deposit back within a month. Depending on the usage of the room, it may be deducted from the deposit.
Q. Our company haven't decided the staying term precisely, what should I do?
A. If you contact us 30 days before the scheduled move-out date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If another person has already booked in the previous schedule, we may not be able to accept your extension request, so we recommend that you make a reservation longer a bit.
Q. Can foreigners move in?
A. Yes. Our agent can speak English. We also have a manual in English which explains room information and how to use furniture.
Q. Can I change the address of the invoice?
A. Yes, it is possible for both corporations and residents. Please let the sales staff know your desired address at the time of contract.
Q. I would like the paper invoice.
A. Normally, we issue in PDF, but we also support paper. Please let the sales staff know if you wish
Q. Do I need to attend on employee's check-in?
A. No. We adopt the self-check-in system. Residents go to the mailbox or the nearest key installation location by themselves to enter the room.
Q. What should I do if there is something wrong with the equipment in the room or the furniture is damaged?
