In order to avoid gaps in vacancies in monthly apartments, reservations ahead of time are often not available until one month in advance. Therefore, we have compiled a list of properties that are available for reservation as of 2022. If the check-in date you are planning to stay is during the "available months," we can accept your reservation. If you are looking for a room for 6 months or longer, you can also consult with us about other properties.

*Please note that depending on the availability, we may not be able to show you a room if it is already occupied.

● Notification date: up to 16 days before the move-in date

Stay for 1-3 months: ¥ 50,000(1Room) or ¥ 100,000 (More than 2 rooms)
Stay 4 months or more-: ¥ 100,000(1Room) or ¥ 200,000(More than 2 rooms)
* Only 1 time, we will charge 100% of the rent from 2nd time(Change/Cancel)
