Eligible Move-In Dates: July 1 – July 31, 2025

Only bookings with check-in dates within this range are eligible.

✅ CAMPAIGN PERIOD

Booking Window: June 13 – June 30, 2025

Campaign application and booking must be completed by June 30 at 23:59 JST.
This campaign may end earlier without notice.

✅ PAYMENT

💳 Credit Card Only

Only bookings paid by credit card are eligible for the free cancellation benefit.
Bank transfers and other payment methods are excluded.

✅ APPLICATION

📝 Advance Enrollment Required

Guests must enroll to the campaign from this page prior to booking. Click here to proceed your enrollment.
Without enrollment, the cancellation benefit does not apply.
1 booking per guest under this campaign.

✅ CANCELLATION

🚫 Cancellation Process

To cancel and receive a refund, guests must submit the official Cancellation Request Form.
Cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Example: For a move-in on July 25 → Cancellation deadline is July 11 at 23:59 JST.
This campaign is not applicable if you book after the cancellation deadline for your selected move-in date.
Cancellations by phone, email, or chat will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the submission of the Cancellation Request Form.
Please note that the actual refund date may vary depending on your credit card company’s processing timeline.

✅ OTHER TERMS

📌 Important Notes

Once your booking is confirmed, no changes can be made to the check-in date, check-out date, or apartment selection.
Applies only to new bookings made within the campaign period.
Current guests staying at MetroResidences are not eligible for this campaign.
Only designated apartments listed on this page are eligible for this campaign.
Late cancellations (within 14 days of check-in) or no-shows will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the first month’s rent.
Campaign availability may be terminated early without notice.
Cannot be combined with other promotions. *First month rent discount is still applied.
